The AL70XX series is a highly integrated 32bit MCU which is suitable for various applications. It is integrated with Cortex-M0 MCU, 256kB Flash, 32kB SRAM, UART/SPI/I2C, LCD, WDT and Timer. The AL70XX series also have various power mode which can realize ultra-low power IoT products with powerful computing power.
